Welcome
Desert Willow Ranch is a community of 49 single-story homes located at the northeast corner of Tucson, Arizona. Originally established by Pulte Homes in 2015, this gated enclave rests adjacent to the Agua Caliente Wash and offers spectacular views of the Catalina and Rincon mountain ranges. The community was developed upon the site of a historic guest ranch also known as Desert Willow Ranch. Pulte Homes designed the community with an intent to retain its natural desert landscape and riparian habitats, plus feature its native mesquite, sweet acacia, and desert willow trees.
Desert Willow Ranch is governed by the Desert Willow Ranch Community Association, Inc., an Arizona nonprofit corporation and homeowners association. The Association is owner-controlled, and governed by a Board of Directors consisting of volunteers. The Association has hired a Community Manager to administer its day-to-day responsibilities.
Desert Willow Ranch Board of Directors' Meetings
The Board of Directors' regular meetings are on the third Tuesday of February, May, August and November at 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise posted. Special meetings also may be called.

Trash and Recycling day is on Tuesday (unless Monday is a holiday, then it's Wednesday). Recycling is on alternate Tuesdays. We are in the "A" week. Please take in your empty containers within 12 hours after pickup. They should not be visible from the street.
The next Brush and Bulky pickup is scheduled for the week starting on December 15, 2025.
Please remember to keep your entire yard free of noxious/invasive weeds. See May 30, 2019 letter.
We love dogs here, but please pick up after your dog!
